Bright Red Juice (creative name, I know) makes for a brighter morning around our house. It's one of the favorites (and more mainstream) of the juices I make. This serves two adults and two kids. Remember to dilute your children's juice with 50% water.
Here's what you'll need:
3 medium to large carrots (peel first)
1/4 c fresh beet (peel; I just cut off a few slices)
2 red apples (wash but don't peel; add one more apple if you like it sweeter)
1 orange (peel first)
Here's what you do:
Put all of these in a juicer (not blender) and you'll create a beautiful bright red juice full of antioxidants. So easy. Enjoy!
